How I use Trello and Canva for my Business

I have been using Trello for my business for the past 2 years. I always loved creating new boards and getting stuff organized in Trello. I organize my client projects, my goals, my Spring and Fall cleaning lists and even our family trips. I can’t even tell you how many boards I have in Trello, because you might think that I am borderline OCD.

It wasn't until I met Nicholette from Nicholette Styles that I started using Trello to organize my Canva stuff. Today I want to share with you a few ways I use Canva and Trello in my business.

Organize my blog and Pinterest schedule
I use Trello to organize my blog post images and to keep my Pinterest Manager in the loop when I have new blog posts, new products and services.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My Pinterest Manager goes in that Trello Board and she has access to all my graphic creations that are needed to keep my Pinterest game on point!

I also have checklist for each card in the board. I want to make sure we don’t forget any steps when it comes to the blog and posting to Pinterest. It easier for everyone to see what has been done and whats left to be done for each blog post.

Product launches and freebie launches organized
I have checklists in a Trello board to help me make sure I do not miss one step. That way, I know exactly how many graphics I need, for each platforms, if my landing page is ready and where my graphics have been posted. It makes it easy for me to stay on track of my processes. We all know that launches take a lot of planning and time. Having a checklist really does help to know I never forget anything. One less thing to think or worry about!

Track my freebie links and images.
I have a promo board where I keep cards with each product I have, with a short description, an image of the product or service and a link. I set up that description the way I want it to appear when I share it on Social Media.

That way, when I network on FB or IG and someone asks for examples, links or descriptions of my products, I have it all there, ready to be copied and pasted. By doing so, I save tons of time in the long run, as I don’t have to write it all over again every single time.

I also do this trick for frequently asked questions. I get asked questions in my FB group, on my Instagram Posts or even in my DMs all the time. The same questions come back from time to time, so I’ve decided to have the answers to these questions, saved in Trello.
